Conservation Voters for Idaho

The conservation/election branch into Idaho now has a more precise FY2024 multi-lane funding topology. Sixteen Thirty Fund's primary FY2024 Schedule I reports $11,796,000 to League of Conservation Voters (LCV) for civil rights, social action and advocacy. America Votes' IRS-derived FY2024 grant data separately report $6,290,000 to LCV, while Sixteen Thirty itself gave America Votes $27,850,000 in FY2024. Conservation Voters for Idaho's recipient-side FY2024 filing reports a $298,000 grant from LCV, accounting for more than half of CVI's $533,000 contributions/grants reported for that filing year. CVI's filing describes program activity including grassroots communication/education and direct lobbying at state and local levels. The result is a documented same-year organizational topology with two large upstream lanes into LCV—direct Sixteen Thirty→LCV and Sixteen Thirty→America Votes alongside America Votes→LCV—followed by LCV→CVI in Idaho. This does NOT prove that Sixteen Thirty dollars given directly to LCV, or Sixteen Thirty dollars given to America Votes, were the same dollars LCV later granted to CVI; LCV had many other funders and pooled funds. It also does not prove America Votes directed LCV's Idaho grant or CVI's Idaho candidate/policy decisions. The significance is redundant institutional funding pathways into a national organization that then directly funded an Idaho advocacy organization, not same-dollar tracing or control.
