Way Back PAC’s amended 2026 Wyoming report lists organizational receipts including Western Futures Fund ($2.075M reported to Wyoming), Civitech ($1M), Toolbox ($850k), North Fund ($300k), Global Impact Social Welfare Fund ($25k), and Durst Organization ($10k). The same registry’s 2025–26 FEC Schedule B transcription lists Way Back payments to Defend and Protect Idaho ($375k: 9/12/25 $25k; 5/5/26 $100k; 5/7/26 $150k; 5/15/26 $100k), Hometown Heroes ($175k: 2/20/25 $50k; 3/12/25 $25k; 4/30/26 $100k), and Idaho First ($100k on 5/4/26). These are the same three Idaho committees independently verified as paying Redbird Strategies. Separately, Western Futures Fund’s IRS filings show direct Idaho grants to Votes Idaho/Votes Idaho Company totaling $561,750 during 2022–24, Idahoans United for Women and Families $60,000 in 2024, and Conservation Voters of Idaho $145,000 in 2023. This establishes a real common upstream funding layer and a repeat Western-state routing model; it does not establish illegal earmarking, coordination, Redbird ownership, or any Cothren connection. One amount discrepancy remains: Idaho Sunshine’s current Defend profile displays at $400,000 while the registry’s cited 2025–26 itemization totals $375,000; likely cycle/date/amendment scope must be reconciled from primary records.
