Luke Mayville co-founded Reclaim Idaho in Sandpoint in 2017. He said he attended North Idaho College, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2008, received McNair and Gilman scholarships, studied at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, and earned a Yale Ph.D. in political science in 2014. He also reported teaching/research positions at Yale, American University, Columbia University, and Boise State University Honors College, and a 2016 book on John Adams.
