AnnMarie Johnson identity link is strong but still not uniquely proved
Recorded status: Strong circumstantial identity match; NOT yet conclusive. Do not merge the two AnnMarie/Ann Marie Johnson nodes without a unique identifier or explicit cross-identification.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Reclaim Idaho Fund's FY2024 IRS-derived filing lists an 'Ann Marie Johnson' as a director alongside Luke Mayville and Yvonne Sandmire. Separate contemporaneous Proposition 1 records identify AnnMarie Johnson of Boise as Zeke Johnson's wife/partner in the initiative effort: reporting says Zeke and AnnMarie Johnson contributed $100,250 to Idahoans for Open Primaries, and Bruce Newcomb wrote that the Proposition 1 concept began in a dinner conversation involving himself, his wife, Zeke and AnnMarie Johnson. These facts, together with the previously preserved 2017 public-lands proceeding in which Zeke Johnson, AnnMarie Johnson and future Reclaim director Yvonne Sandmire appeared in the same civic setting, make the same-person hypothesis strong. However, no Reclaim-side filing or biography located in this pass explicitly identifies the director by spouse, address, occupation, or another unique identifier sufficient to make the identity merge conclusive. Keep the Reclaim director node and the Prop 1 donor/co-originator node separate pending direct identity proof.
