Reclaim Idaho entity structure and Deborah Silver linkage
Recorded status: Verified entity/personnel links. Corporate control, inter-entity transfers, shared-service agreements and donor routing remain unresolved.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The Reclaim Idaho network has multiple legal/committee layers. Reclaim Idaho appears in Idaho campaign-finance records as a political committee; a 2019 filing lists Deborah Silver as political treasurer. Reclaim Idaho Fund Inc. (EIN 86-3680412) is a 501(c)(4) formed in 2021; IRS-derived records list Luke Mayville, Yvonne Sandmire, and Cameron Crow as directors in earlier filings, with Mayville receiving $35,897 compensation in FY2023. A separate 501(c)(3), Project Reclaim Idaho Inc. (EIN 93-4744691), became tax-exempt in March 2024 in Twin Falls; its 2024 filing lists Tracy Olson as president, Regina Clemente as secretary, and Deborah Silver as treasurer. The shared Reclaim branding and Silver's treasury roles establish a personnel/brand connection worth mapping, but do not by themselves prove that the entities are legally parent/subsidiary or that funds are transferred between them.
