Common Ground — United We Stand is now independently identifiable as a tax-exempt legal nonprofit, not merely an informal coalition brand. IRS-derived/public charity records list COMMON GROUND--UNITED WE STAND, EIN 33-2300740, as a 501(c)(3) organization at PO Box 859, Kimberly, Idaho 83341, with IRS exemption/ruling dating to June 2025. A tax-exempt directory lists it c/o Chenele Dixon. Common Ground official materials use the same PO Box 859 and state that Chenele Dixon and Charlie Conrad founded the coalition in 2024. Its official objectives explicitly include building a coalition of current/former legislators and candidates, conducting outreach/media advocacy, working with voters and voter-advocacy groups, and encouraging support for candidates who align with its good-governance principles.
