Chenele Dixon sits at a dairy/business/civic-network intersection but no direct WFF/1630 funding link is established
Recorded status: PRIMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL records verify dairy PAC support and current Unity/Common Ground roles. Prior IdahoCabal negative grant search remains the current constraint: no direct major-funder grant to Idaho Solutions located. No WFF/1630 control or personal-benefit inference established.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Chenele Dixon is currently positioned at the intersection of several Idaho civic/political networks already mapped in this investigation. Idaho Dairy Industry PAC records show Dixon was endorsed in 2022 and 2024; the 2022 post-primary report says the PAC provided her a financial contribution and independent-expenditure support. After her 2024 primary loss, Idaho Dairymen's Association publicly honored Dixon, Linda Wright Hartgen, Greg Lanting and others as strong supporters of the dairy industry. Unity Alliance of Southern Idaho's current board lists Dixon alongside Bob Naerebout and Riley Barney of the Idaho Dairymen's Association, Idaho Milk Products CEO Daragh Maccabee, a Chobani representative and other institutional leaders, with IDA CEO Rick Naerebout as a board adviser. Separately, Common Ground — United We Stand identifies Dixon as a founder with Charlie Conrad and says its work includes collaboration with voter-advocacy/education organizations; current Common Ground materials include other Idaho political figures who also appear on IDI PAC endorsement lists. The durable IdahoCabal record separately documents Dixon as executive director of Idaho Solutions and repeated event-level collaboration with Reclaim Idaho, but a targeted grant search did not locate a direct Sixteen Thirty Fund, Western Futures Fund, New Venture Fund, Hopewell Fund or Unite America Institute grant to Idaho Solutions in the indexed years searched. Thus Dixon is a verified bridge among dairy/business/civic and election-reform/public-policy networks, and she has received concrete political support from the dairy PAC. What is NOT established is that Dixon controls the Idaho dairy network, receives WFF/Sixteen Thirty money personally, or directs Western Futures/Way Back spending. Her most defensible 'benefit' in this map is political/organizational support, access and network position, not proven upstream financial control.
