In a sworn January 2025 Idaho Supreme Court declaration, executive director Melanie Folwell states that in her role she organizes volunteers, coordinates strategic priorities, manages staff, fundraises, communicates with media, drafts initiative proposals, coalition-builds and travels statewide to recruit volunteers and leaders.
