Mayville/Reclaim are embedded in national ballot-initiative professional networks

Luke Mayville's own CV lists political-organizing expertise in campaign strategy, leadership recruitment, speechwriting/communications, and fundraising. It also lists a 2019 Idaho Democratic Party 'Activist of the Year' award shared with Reclaim co-founders Emily and Garrett Strizich; this is evidence of party recognition, not proof that Reclaim is a Democratic Party organization. The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center (BISC) has profiled Mayville as a campaign leader and in 2024 described Reclaim Idaho among its 'state partners.' In 2025, the Association of Health Care Journalists hosted a ballot-measure session featuring Luke Mayville (then described as Reclaim Idaho executive director) alongside the executive directors of BISC and The Fairness Project. These establish professional/network ties within the national ballot-initiative ecosystem; they do not establish funding or direction by BISC or Fairness Project beyond separately documented campaign support from Fairness Project in 2018.
