Deborah Silver is a cross-entity Reclaim financial/administrative node
Recorded status: Verified personnel/administrative links from campaign records, court filing, IRS-derived filing and contemporaneous reporting. No funding/control inference made regarding Silver's former political or nonprofit affiliations.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Deborah Silver is documented across multiple Reclaim layers. A 2019 Idaho campaign-finance filing identifies her as Reclaim Idaho's political treasurer. In July 2024 litigation, the certificate of service identified both Deborah Silver and Luke Mayville with Reclaim Idaho Fund, Inc. at 1401 Poplar Avenue in Twin Falls. Project Reclaim Idaho Inc.'s FY2024 990-EZ identifies Silver as treasurer. Separately, 2014 reporting described Silver as a Twin Falls CPA, seven-year Twin Falls County Democratic Party chair, Democratic state-treasurer candidate, and board member of Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest. These résumé/administrative connections establish Silver as a meaningful personnel node in the Reclaim network; they do NOT establish that the Democratic Party or Planned Parenthood funded, controlled, or directed Reclaim Idaho.
