IRS-derived FY2024 grant records report a $60,000 Western Futures Fund grant to Idahoans United for Women and Families, described as General Purpose. Idaho Supreme Court records state that Idahoans United filed a statewide initiative petition with the Idaho Secretary of State, and current Idaho Secretary of State election records identify that initiative as qualified for the Nov. 3, 2026 general-election ballot. This establishes a direct WFF funding relationship with the Idaho organization sponsoring a qualified statewide ballot measure. The evidence does not establish that the WFF grant paid for signature collection, litigation, advertising, staff or another specific campaign expense.
