The Idaho Judicial Council's official bio says Kreizenbeck was appointed to the Council on July 1, 2023. The Council states that its non-attorney public members are appointed by the Governor and subject to Senate approval; current state records list Kreizenbeck as a council member and show his Public Member No. 4 term through July 1, 2026. Contemporaneous 2023 reporting identifies Gov. Brad Little as the governor who added Kreizenbeck to the Council. Ada County's official 2024 primary results separately show Kreizenbeck elected Republican precinct committeeman for precinct 1923 with 137 votes (72.87%).
