Open Society institutional money reaches Sixteen Thirty Fund, which directly funded Idaho advocacy organizations

The George Soros/Open Society branch can now be stated as a documented institutional funding chain into organizations that directly funded Idaho advocacy groups, with a strict same-dollar firewall. Open Society Foundations identifies George Soros as its founder and states he has given more than $32 billion of his personal fortune to the Open Society Foundations. Open Society identifies Open Society Policy Center (OSPC) as its 501(c)(4) advocacy affiliate; historical Open Society material also described OSPC as funded directly by George Soros. IRS-derived 2020-2024 grant records report OSPC giving approximately $68.2 million to Sixteen Thirty Fund. Sixteen Thirty Fund's own 2021 Form 990 Schedule I directly reports $495,000 to Idaho Values First Foundation Inc. and $60,000 to Conservation Voters for Idaho Inc., both for civil rights/social action/advocacy; its 2024 filing directly reports $163,000 to Votes Idaho. Conservation Voters for Idaho publicly states that it directly influences election outcomes by endorsing and supporting candidates and works to shape Idaho policy. This proves a real organization-to-organization route from the Soros-founded Open Society institutional network to a national c4 that directly granted money to Idaho organizations engaged in electoral/policy advocacy. It does NOT prove that a specific Soros dollar was earmarked for Idaho, that Soros personally selected an Idaho grantee, or that Open Society directed a particular Idaho campaign, advertisement, candidate, bill or vote. Pooled nonprofit funds prevent same-dollar tracing absent an earmark or grant restriction.
