Official Idaho Sunshine records show the terminated Stronger Idaho PAC raised $91,000 from only six donors in 2022: Idaho Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee ($25,000), Political Action Committee for Education / Idaho Education Association PAC ($25,000), Accountable Idaho ($12,000), Not Another Penny–Labor First ($10,000), Conservation Voters for Idaho Action Fund ($10,000), and Keep Ada Home ($9,000). Stronger Idaho then reported at least $59,803.75 paid to The Scrap Shop under multiple vendor-name variants between September 29 and November 5, 2022: $6,000 management/payroll plus $53,803.75 for independent-expenditure ad preparation/broadcast. The PAC also made downstream transfers to Idaho Students First, Keep Ada Home, Conservation Voters for Idaho, IDLCC, education and labor PACs. Chair and treasurer were Eleanor “Elle” Casner; 2024 reporting identifies A.K. Leinhart-Minnick as chair of Stronger Idaho, Accountable Idaho and Idaho Liberty Defense, suggesting later common governance or a name/leadership transition that should be verified from amended C-1 filings. This establishes as an independent-expenditure production node as well as a candidate-management vendor and shows its direct operational role for a pooled Democratic/union/CVI PAC.
