A Wyoming Livestock Roundup report dated October 3, 2020 expressly describes Prescott Cattle and Consulting as Wyatt's company and says it contracted with the University of Idaho for day-to-day cattle operations at Rinker Rock Creek Ranch, including crews and equipment.
