Prescott Consulting's $5,000 WinAg spending: twenty candidate allocations, including Dixon, Hartgen and Lanting
Recorded status: Primary official portal transcription; historical and current data distinguished.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The previously transcribed official WinAg independent-expenditure ledger contains twenty allocations naming Prescott Consulting as payee, all dated May 13, 2024, each $250, totaling $5,000. The purpose is Preparation & Production of Advertising. Sixteen entries support named candidates; three oppose named candidates and one opposition entry has no candidate name displayed. These are candidate allocations, not evidence of twenty invoices or twenty separate payments. No actual invoice, payee address, tax identifier or bank record was obtained. The legal identity of the payee remains unresolved.

This establishes spending attributed to that vendor benefiting Chenele Dixon, Linda Wright Hartgen, Gregory Lanting and Laurie Lickley, among others, and opposing Glenneda Zuiderveld, Brian Lenney and Tammy Nichols. It does not establish that Wyatt personally received the $5,000 or that candidates coordinated the spending.
University contract branch: search-index results identify a state agreement titled Management Agreement between UI and Prescott Cattle for Rinker Rock Creek Management. The legacy state URL returned a page-not-found response. The replacement state contract portal was located, but its record content could not be retrieved during this pass. No contract value or university-payment total is verified.
Precise records still needed: WinAg's May 13, 2024 payee invoice and supporting ledger identifying Prescott Consulting, services, legal payee and authorization; and University of Idaho executed agreements, amendments, procurement records and payment ledger for Prescott Cattle and Consulting LLC for Rinker Rock Creek management from 2016 onward. No records request or other outreach was sent.
