Chobani provides a documented organizational connection between the World Economic Forum's publishing platform, Idaho's business-lobby network and a local board on which Bob Naerebout is listed. WEF CONNECTION. The Forum hosts a Chobani organization profile and identifies founder/CEO Hamdi Ulukaya as a contributor. His January 19, 2016 article proposes private-sector employment, training and supply-chain support for refugees and describes Tent Foundation work planned at Davos. In a June 21, 2021 article coauthored with Alphonso David, Ulukaya advocates mentoring and hiring LGBTQ refugees and describes refugee employees as contributing innovation, resilience and loyalty to Chobani. These are direct public advocacy/publication relationships. The articles expressly identify the views as the authors', rather than the Forum's. The pages do not establish a current paid partnership tier, WEF governance role or WEF control of Chobani. IDAHO PERSONNEL. IACI's published board lists Brandon Dansie, Vice President, People Team, Chobani Idaho Inc. Unity Alliance's About page, under the expandable Current Board Members section, lists Cooper Smith of Chobani alongside Bob Naerebout of the Dairymen's Association and Riley Barney of the Idaho Dairymen's Association. That same site describes its purpose in terms of immigrants' contributions to the regional workforce and economy. This proves a published shared-board listing, not a personal WEF membership for Naerebout. The Unity page still uses the title Representative for Chenele Dixon, so the roster should be treated as the organization's published list, with independent confirmation of current service still needed. BENEFIT AND LIMIT. The employer's own writing supplies an explicit business rationale for refugee employment. Unity's mission independently emphasizes workforce/economic contributions. Those statements establish an overlapping stated interest, not an amount of profit, an immigration-law violation, lower wages, or personal enrichment for Naerebout. Refugees, asylum seekers and unauthorized workers are distinct categories and should not be conflated. This branch is separate from the Sixteen Thirty financing trail: no source reviewed for this finding establishes a Sixteen Thirty→Chobani transfer or WEF direction of Idaho PAC activity.
