A new crossline connects Article IV's Idaho grantmaking to the previously tracked Little/Idaho Victory/Idaho Liberty political network through personnel rather than a proven money transfer between the two systems. Conservative Accountability Project Inc. (CAP), Boise, reports Robert Jones as president, Billie Jean Siddoway as treasurer and Guy Hurlbutt as secretary. Article IV reported a $25,000 general-support grant to CAP in FY2024; CAP reported $38,000 total FY2024 revenue, so the Article IV grant equaled about 65.8% of that year's reported revenue.
