Little-associated Victory→Liberty lane converges with WFF/Way Back→Defend lane on 2026 Idaho candidates

A stronger candidate-endpoint convergence is now documented between a Brad Little-associated Idaho PAC lane and the separate Western Futures/Way Back lane. Current Idaho Victory Fund records show $615,000 paid to Idaho Liberty PAC in the displayed 2026 cycle. Idaho Education News reports that Idaho Liberty PAC is funded almost entirely by Idaho Victory Fund, describes Victory Fund as a PAC that supports Gov. Brad Little, and reports $1.43 million in Victory→Liberty contributions since Liberty formed in 2023. Historical Idaho campaign-finance reporting further documents a $500,000 March 2023 Friends of Brad Little political-committee contribution to Idaho Victory Fund, which then funded Idaho Liberty. In the 2026 primary, Idaho Capital Sun reports Idaho Liberty and Defend and Protect Idaho supported many of the same candidates. The clearest shared endpoint is Sen. Jim Guthrie: Idaho Liberty spent $108,708.26 supporting Guthrie (Idaho Education News reports $110,041 using a later/other cutoff), while Defend and Protect spent around $18,000 supporting Guthrie. Defend and Protect is separately documented as receiving large Way Back PAC funds, with Way Back formally listing Western Futures Fund as its connected organization. This establishes two distinct funding/political lanes converging on some of the same Idaho candidates: a Little-associated Idaho Victory→Idaho Liberty lane and a WFF→Way Back→Defend and Protect lane. It does NOT establish coordination, common control, shared strategy, donor earmarking, or that Gov. Little personally selected Idaho Liberty’s candidate targets.
