In 2022, Mistie DelliCarpini-Tolman was publicly identified as PPAA’s Idaho State Director. Contemporaneous Idaho reporting shows her speaking for PPAA against proposed Idaho abortion legislation in January 2022, responding to Idaho’s abortion-policy environment before and after Dobbs, and representing the organization in Idaho public advocacy.
