All Hands/MVP funded multiple Idaho-relevant advocacy nodes
Recorded status: Verified shared-funder and personnel overlap. No coordination, earmarking, or control inference.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
All Hands on Deck Network, the legal 501(c)(4) entity used by Movement Voter Project, reported multiple Idaho-relevant grants in its 2020-2023 Schedule I data. In 2022 it gave $65,000 to Reclaim Idaho Fund and $75,000 to Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates Serving Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington. In 2023 it gave $20,000 to Votes Idaho Company. Separately, Votes Idaho's 2024 Form 990 lists Mistie DelliCarpini-Tolman as a board member, and contemporaneous Idaho reporting identifies DelliCarpini-Tolman as Idaho state director of Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. This establishes a common national funder touching Reclaim Idaho Fund, Votes Idaho, and the regional Planned Parenthood advocacy organization whose Idaho director later sits on Votes Idaho's board. It does not establish that the three Idaho-relevant grantees coordinated with one another, shared grant funds, or were controlled by All Hands/MVP.
