Votes Idaho’s FY2024 Form 990 identifies Colin Nash as executive director, Matt Compton as board chair and Mistie DelliCarpini-Tolman as board member; Nash received $76,212 in reportable compensation from Votes Idaho in FY2024, while Compton and DelliCarpini-Tolman were unpaid directors. The same filing shows $458,433 in total expenses, including $76,212 executive compensation and $70,234 in other salaries/wages. Filing-derived program descriptions separately say Votes Idaho facilitates coordination among issue-advocacy groups, provides a platform for organizations to share resources, best practices and strategic insights, and organizes regular meetings/conferences/webinars. The three identified leaders sit in other Idaho political/policy institutions: Nash is Boise City Council president following his 2025 reelection; Compton is an Idaho Education Association associate executive director involved in the union’s legislative/election engagement; DelliCarpini-Tolman has served as Idaho State Director of Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. This establishes a named Idaho steering layer for an organization repeatedly funded by Western Futures Fund and Sixteen Thirty Fund. It does NOT establish that the funders selected these officers, dictate Votes Idaho strategy, or that the officers personally receive grant funds beyond ordinary reported compensation.
