The recipient address is the Wyoming registered-agent address, 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The report identifies Jennifer Ellis as committee chair and David High as treasurer; High signed it February 10, 2022, the due date. This filing predates the later $5,500 management-coded payments and is the strongest current lead for identity-bearing records such as an ad order, station invoice, mail invoice, check image, contract, or W-9.
