Take Back Idaho PAC's original January 2022 C-2 (report 46280) lists two same-day payments to Esto Perpetua Group LLC on January 31, 2022: $790 under purpose code B (broadcast advertising) and $1,507.90 under purpose code P (postage), total $2,297.90. The recipient address is the Wyoming registered-agent address, 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The report identifies Jennifer Ellis as committee chair and David High as treasurer; High signed it February 10, 2022, the due date. This filing predates the later $5,500 management-coded payments and is the strongest current lead for identity-bearing records such as an ad order, station invoice, mail invoice, check image, contract, or W-9. It does not identify the LLC's owner or operator, and it does not establish a connection to Risch Pisca, Jason Risch, Jeremy Pisca, or Senator Jim Risch.
