Filed 2024 complaint identifies Jennifer Ellis as publicly named Idahoans for Open Primaries Inc. director
Recorded status: Verified from filed court pleading; underlying Idaho corporate filing still pending. No common-control inference with Reclaim or Take Back Idaho.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The Idaho Attorney General's verified district-court complaint filed August 16, 2024 states that Idahoans for Open Primaries Inc. was formed as an Idaho nonprofit organization on August 6, 2024 and that its publicly named directors included Bruce Newcomb, Chuck Coiner, Gary Raney, and Jennifer Ellis. The same complaint distinguishes the incorporated entity from the earlier unincorporated Idahoans for Open Primaries association, whose member organizations included Reclaim Idaho, Idaho Chapter of Mormon Women for Ethical Government, and Veterans for Idaho Voters. This materially strengthens Jennifer Ellis's Open Primaries role beyond public support: a filed court pleading identifies her as a publicly named director of the incorporated entity. The underlying Idaho Secretary of State corporate formation filing has not yet been independently reproduced, so treat the director roster as verified from the filed complaint pending primary corporate-record confirmation.
