Prosecutors described Cade Cothren’s Redbird Strategies as based in West Palm Beach, Florida and operating by early 2020.
Cade Cothren created Phoenix Solutions and operated through the fabricated identity “Matthew Phoenix,” including a fraudulent W-9.
A September 17, 2024 DOJ Rule 404(b) notice states that Cade Cothren created Redbird Strategies and describes it as based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
It does not prove that Idaho Redbird’s listed organizer is a straw or that Cade Cothren controls the Idaho company.
