An FCC issue-ad disclosure for Idaho First lists PO Box 334, Boise, Idaho 83701; identifies Richard Johnson as the organization contact; gives richard@idaho-first.com; and lists Richard Johnson as the sole named member of the chief executive officers/executive committee/board/other governing group field. The same record identifies Targeted Platform Media LLC of Crownsville, Maryland, with Cathie Herrick as contact, as the agency requesting station time. A KTVB contract for the same Idaho First buy identifies Targeted Platform Media as agency and reports 45 spots, $14,560 gross, a $2,184 agency commission and $12,376 net. A separate KYUU order reports two spots totaling $252. These records establish a named Idaho decision/contact point and a professional media-buying vendor through which Idaho First deployed political-advertising money in 2026.
