A previously known Western Futures funder can now be traced one layer farther upstream. Sixteen Thirty Fund's primary FY2024 Schedule I reports a $1,340,000 grant to Civic Truth Coalition Inc. (EIN 99-3438435) for civil rights, social action and advocacy. Civic Truth Coalition's own FY2024 filing reports $3.33M total revenue and no salaries/payroll, with Cameron Campbell as its sole listed president at $0 compensation. Its Schedule I reports five major grants totaling roughly $2.385M, including $450,000 general support to Western Futures Fund, $1,005,000 to Restore Our Independence, $480,000 to Retire Career Politicians, $400,000 to Patriots for American Values and $50,000 to Civic Truth Action. WFF's recipient-side FY2024 filing independently reports $450,000 received from Civic Truth Coalition. Thus there is a documented organizational route Sixteen Thirty→Civic Truth Coalition→Western Futures in the same tax year, alongside Sixteen Thirty's separate direct $2.75M grant to WFF. Because Civic Truth had approximately $3.33M of total revenue and the Sixteen Thirty grant was $1.34M, the record does NOT establish that the specific Sixteen Thirty dollars were the same dollars Civic Truth granted to WFF; neither filing identifies earmarking. The significance is a second organizational funding lane into WFF from a Sixteen Thirty grantee, not proof of pass-through or laundering.
