A targeted current-activity search found no public evidence that The Fairness Project is financing, organizing, or otherwise participating in Idaho opposition to HJR 4. The Fairness Project official current-campaigns page lists its 2026 campaigns in Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Virginia and other states; its Idaho entry remains the 2018 Medicaid expansion campaign. Site-specific searches for HJR 4/HJR4 and Idaho 2026 did not surface an Idaho HJR4 campaign. Fairness Project does publicly advocate nationally against restrictions on ballot-measure rights and in February 2025 specifically cited Idaho among states considering measures that would make ballot measures harder, so the policy alignment is real. Current public HJR4 opposition/activity is separately documented from Reclaim Idaho, Marijuana Policy Project, Natural Medicine Alliance of Idaho, and local civic groups. Therefore the Glenneda article should retain the statement that no current Fairness Project→HJR4 funding or campaign role has been found. This negative check does not rule out undisclosed advice, future involvement, or a later filing.
