A stronger direct Idaho Solutions↔Reclaim relationship predating the September 2026 HJR4 event has been found in Idaho News 6 reporting from the 2025 legislative-session debate over initiative restrictions. Idaho News 6 reports that an Idaho Solutions-hosted 90-minute forum in Twin Falls included Reclaim Idaho executive director Luke Mayville (the article misspells his surname as "Mayfield"), former Idaho Attorney General Jim Jones, and Twin Falls physician Steven Kohtz. The report explicitly states: "The forum was first in a series hosted by Idaho Solutions." Mayville is quoted defending Idahoans’ initiative rights. The policy context matches 2025 proposals including SJR101 (signatures from all 35 legislative districts) and a contemporaneous 60%-approval proposal.
