The official Idaho business registry's April 8, 2026 annual-report history for Prescott Cattle and Consulting LLC (entity 502552; report control 0006748644) lists Christie Jean Prescott as manager in both the removed and added party entries. This appears as a renewed manager entry, not evidence that she newly acquired the company on that date. Wyatt Prescott remains the registered agent. Ownership percentages and the complete operating agreement are not disclosed by this history view.

The Idaho Grain Producers Association's Fall 2022 magazine, printed page 3 (PDF page 3), identifies Christie Prescott as Association Manager and Wyatt Prescott as State Government Affairs. Its business address is the same Boise office address shown as the LLC's current principal address. The magazine establishes actual professional roles; the address match alone does not establish ownership by IGPA. A King Ranch Institute biography identifies Christie as Wyatt's wife; her professional role is independently relevant to this investigation. No details about their children or residence are included.

The 2022 roles should not be presented as current. The current IGPA staff page does not list either Prescott. Searches for Prescott in the 2024 historical lobbying portal and current lobbying portal returned no entries in this review; official 2018 registration for Wyatt Roan Prescott representing Idaho Cattle Association is independently verified. The end date of his grain role and a complete year-by-year lobbying-client history remain unresolved.

Open financial branches: (1) obtain university management contract and payments to the LLC; (2) establish whether WinAg vendor Prescott Consulting is the same legal payee; (3) determine the company's members and manager history from underlying documents; (4) reconcile lobbying registrations across 2019–2023; (5) verify federal farm assistance against primary USDA records.
