This appears as a renewed manager entry, not evidence that she newly acquired the company on that date. Wyatt Prescott remains the registered agent. Ownership percentages and the complete operating agreement are not disclosed by this history view. The Idaho Grain Producers Association's Fall 2022 magazine, printed page 3 (PDF page 3), identifies Christie Prescott as Association Manager and Wyatt Prescott as State Government Affairs. Its business address is the same Boise office address shown as the LLC's current principal address.
