Jonah Meyers appears across Arabella managed-organizations work, Blue Moon/WFF operations, Contours grant administration and Way Back
Recorded status: Verified prior Arabella Managed Organizations work plus current Blue Moon/WFF, Contours and Way Back roles. Current Arabella control or ultimate decision authority remains unproved.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The operational cross-role around Jonah Meyers can now be extended backward with higher-quality evidence. The University of Maryland School of Public Policy reported in 2019 that Meyers (MPP 2016) had been promoted to Associate Director, Managed Organizations at Arabella Advisors. An Arabella Advisors fiscal-sponsorship white paper also lists Jonah Meyers among Arabella contributors, independently establishing his work inside Arabella's nonprofit-management/fiscal-sponsorship environment. Current Blue Moon recruiting material describes Blue Moon Strategies as a strategic-operations/fractional-COO consultant for multi-entity advocacy organizations including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s and PACs, and the posting is made by Meyers while referring to the firm's Founder & Principal. Western Futures Fund's FY2024 Form 990 states Blue Moon is responsible for WFF's day-to-day operations. The representative April 2025 Contours→WFF grant letter is signed by Meyers for Contours as 'Administrative agent.' Way Back PAC's Jan. 14, 2026 FEC Statement of Organization lists Meyers as assistant treasurer/designated agent and WFF as Way Back's connected organization; Way Back also pays Blue Moon for strategic consulting. This establishes a documented professional/operational continuity: Meyers worked in Arabella's Managed Organizations environment before Blue Moon, and now appears in administrative or operational roles touching WFF, Way Back and at least one WFF funder. It does NOT establish that Arabella currently owns or controls Blue Moon, WFF, Contours or Way Back, that Meyers personally has ultimate governing authority over WFF's independent board, or that he selected Idaho recipients/candidates. The significance is operational architecture and continuity of nonprofit-management expertise, not proof of common legal control.
