America Votes funded Tioga Fund, which later funded both Sixteen Thirty and Western Futures

Tioga Fund creates another crossline among major democracy/election-adjacent funding nodes. IRS-derived grant records show America Votes gave Tioga Fund approximately $1.1 million in 2021. Tioga’s outgoing grant records show it gave Sixteen Thirty Fund $100,000 in 2020, $55,000 in 2021 and $292,000 in 2022, approximately $447,000 total; it also gave Western Futures Fund $100,000 in 2022, with filing-derived purpose data describing that WFF grant as “Democracy Program Support.” America Votes is separately documented as Sixteen Thirty Fund’s largest downstream grantee and as operating state-table infrastructure including an Idaho state table in 2024. These records create a real organizational triangle/crossline: America Votes→Tioga, Tioga→Sixteen Thirty, and Tioga→Western Futures, alongside the independently documented large Sixteen Thirty→America Votes and Sixteen Thirty→WFF relationships. They do not establish circular same-dollar recycling or that America Votes’ 2021 Tioga grant was the source of Tioga’s later 2022 WFF/Sixteen Thirty grants. Tioga had other funders, assets and pooled revenue, and same-dollar tracing requires restriction/earmark evidence.
