Way Back PAC directly contributed to Votes Idaho executive Colin Nash’s Boise City Council campaign
Recorded status: PRIMARY FEC VERIFIED direct Way Back→Colin Nash campaign contribution; personnel/electoral crossline established. No Votes Idaho grant pass-through or coordination is established.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Way Back PAC, whose January 2026 FEC Statement of Organization identifies Western Futures Fund as its Connected Organization, made a $1,000 contribution on September 30, 2025 to Colin Nash For Boise for Nash’s Boise City Council campaign. The primary FEC Schedule B row identifies the recipient as Colin Nash For Boise, gives a Boise address, labels the payment a contribution to a non-federal committee, and includes the memo ID - Colin Nash (Boise City Council). Independent Idaho reporting confirms Nash received $1,000 from Way Back in the 2025 Boise council race. Separately, Votes Idaho’s FY2024 filing identifies Colin Nash as its paid executive director, and Western Futures Fund and Sixteen Thirty Fund are already documented as major recurring funders of Votes Idaho. This creates a direct personnel/electoral crossline between a heavily WFF/Sixteen-Thirty-funded Idaho advocacy-coordination entity and WFF’s connected federal PAC. It does NOT establish that Western Futures or Sixteen Thirty money granted to Votes Idaho funded Nash’s campaign, that Votes Idaho coordinated with Way Back, or that Nash’s campaign and Votes Idaho shared funds or strategy.
