Current CCI records do not substantiate direct Rolando Ruano bridge

A fresh check of Community Council of Idaho's current official Board of Trustees page and Familias Unidas Legal Services staff page does not list Rolando Ruano. This is consistent with the earlier Idaho dairy/CCI pass-forward, which explicitly classified any direct Ruano employment, board, contract, or formal referral relationship with Community Council of Idaho / Familias Unidas as UNPROVEN. Ruano remains independently documented as an Idaho immigration/criminal-defense attorney and as a director/signatory of Idaho Values First Foundation in the March 12, 2025 reinstatement filing; secondary 2026 reporting also identifies him as Idaho Values First's registered lobbyist. The absence from current CCI board/staff pages does not exclude a historical vendor, referral, event, informal professional, or other relationship; those remain open research questions and require primary records.
