Esto Perpetua Group LLC’s filings use Registered Agents Inc. signer identities, including an alleged fictitious persona
Recorded status: PRIMARY VERIFIED filing signer/contact chain; SECONDARY ATTRIBUTED fake-persona reporting from WIRED and ICIJ. Beneficial ownership remains unresolved, and no suspected Idaho actor is identified in the filings.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The underlying Wyoming filings show that Esto Perpetua Group LLC’s public signatures do not identify its beneficial owner or operating manager. Its December 9, 2021 Articles of Organization and November 16, 2022 annual report were signed “Riley Park,” using Registered Agents Inc.’s email reports@registeredagentsinc.com and phone (307) 200-2803. WIRED, citing five former Registered Agents Inc. employees, reported that Riley Park is a fictional persona created and used by the formation firm; ICIJ independently summarized the same reporting and noted that Park appeared as the only public representative for other opaque Wyoming companies. The LLC’s 2023, 2024, and 2025 annual reports were signed “Robin Jones,” but every contact field remained a Registered Agents Inc. address, email, and phone: support@registeredagentsinc.com in 2023 and filings@registeredagentsinc.com in 2024–2025. A June 2024 registered-agent information change was signed “David Roberts,” another name WIRED’s former-employee sources identified as a fake persona, but that was a global agent amendment affecting 268,781 entities and does not establish an Esto Perpetua-specific operator.
Supported conclusion: the LLC’s public filing chain was intentionally serviced entirely through Registered Agents Inc., including at least one signer name credibly reported as fictitious, preventing the filings from exposing the client. No uploaded filing identifies Jeremy Pisca, Maggie Mallea, Lara Herway, Risch Pisca, Sunnybrook Strategies, Esto Perpetua PAC, or any other natural person as owner or manager.
Evidence firewall: WIRED’s fake-persona finding is attributed to its former-employee sources and was disputed generally by Registered Agents Inc.; it is not independently proved here. Robin Jones is treated only as a Registered Agents Inc. filing signer, not called fictitious absent equivalent sourcing. David Roberts signed a mass agent amendment, not an entity-specific ownership record.
