Magic Valley Voter Action FCC records identify James Dale Gould as its governing contact and Targeted Platform Media as its 2026 TV buyer
Recorded status: PRIMARY FCC VERIFIED local governing/contact, media vendor and two distinct KMVT ad orders. Hometown Heroes funding link remains secondary pending primary Idaho row.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Primary KMVT/FCC political-file records identify the Idaho-side steering and media-buying structure for Magic Valley Voter Action. A 2026 issue-ad disclosure lists Magic Valley Voter Action at PO Box 5542, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303; names James Dale Gould as contact; and lists James Dale Gould as the sole named member of the chief executive officers/executive committee/board/other governing group field. The station-time request was placed by Targeted Platform Media LLC of Crownsville, Maryland, with Cathie Herrick as agency contact, and the disclosure is signed by J.D. Gould. Two distinct KMVT order records document separate May 2026 advertising flights: order 4404308 covers May 8-11 with 33 spots, $6,025 gross and $5,121.25 net; order 4406182 covers May 12-18 with 83 spots, $17,175 gross and $14,598.75 net. Across those two distinct identified orders, Magic Valley Voter Action scheduled 116 spots totaling $23,200 gross and $19,720 net. This establishes a named Twin Falls-area steering contact and substantial professional television-ad deployment. A current-but-stale campaign-finance aggregation separately reports a $10,000 Hometown Heroes contribution to Magic Valley Voter Action; that contribution should remain secondary until reproduced from the underlying Idaho filing. The FCC evidence does NOT establish which donor paid for the two KMVT orders or that Targeted Platform Media chose the political message/targets.
