Primary Idaho filings map the 2018 Medicaid campaign’s Fairness Project, Reclaim-founder, health-system and Atlas relationships
Recorded status: PRIMARY VERIFIED campaign-finance relationships; no cross-cycle control or continuing vendor relationship inferred.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Idaho Secretary of State reports for Idahoans for Healthcare show The Fairness Project at $430,722.21 year-to-date cash contributions by the 2018 Pre-General report, including $400,000 on Oct. 15, plus at least $30,522.21 in Fairness Project in-kind support reported through Sept. 30. The Pre-General Schedule C also records a $30 in-kind event expense from Reclaim co-founder and Idahoans for Healthcare co-chair Emily Strizich. After the election, the Second Annual report records $2,500 paid to Atlas Strategic Communications on Nov. 21 under expenditure code W and $62,053.65 paid to The Fairness Project on Dec. 20 under code D. The same campaign’s donor records include major Idaho health-system/association funding. These filings establish a formal Prop 2 committee combining Reclaim-linked leadership/personnel, Fairness Project cash/in-kind support, Idaho health-sector money and campaign vendors. They do NOT establish that Atlas was a Reclaim vendor, that Amanda Watson personally performed the 2018 Atlas work, or that later Atlas/Idaho Leaders United/Idaho Solutions relationships were part of continuous coordination.
