This establishes use of an Atlas-domain contact for a specific ICEN administrative function, strengthening the previously documented registered-agent/shared-office connection. It does not identify Ashley's surname, prove an employment relationship for that individual, disclose a contract or show payments. Do not merge this first name with Ashley Prince or another person without identity evidence. ICEN's /news and /blog pages also credit Amanda Watson on multiple posts; CMS bylines alone do not prove who wrote every underlying article. Tax classification: section 2 of the giveaway rules describes ICEN as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit. This is ICEN's own representation, not independent IRS verification. EIN, tax-exemption records, returns and donors remain unlocated in this pass. Earlier findings correctly withheld a federal classification based only on state incorporation; this new first-party claim improves the evidence but does not substitute for IRS records. Supporter relationship: ICEN's /brundage page expressly thanks Brundage Mountain Resort for supporting Idaho Contraception Week. Rules sections 4 and 6 describe a September 20–26, 2026 entry period and two 2026–27 day ski passes with approximate retail value $258. This is a documented promotion/support relationship. The underlying donation agreement, transfer date, accounting treatment and whether ICEN purchased any component were not reviewed, so do not book $258 as a verified cash donation. Brundage's general donation policy says its giving uses certificates, vouchers or merchandise, not monetary contributions; that general policy does not establish the exact terms of this giveaway. Newsletter subscription and following ICEN on social media are entry conditions. The promotion therefore also recruits newsletter/social followers, an observable function rather than a claim of hidden intent. Polling disclosure gap: ICEN's one-page Survey—Idaho Conservatives & Contraceptives handout reports results for likely Idaho Republican voters. The reviewed PDF does not identify the polling firm, funder, sample size, field dates, weighting, margin of error or full questionnaire. Those omissions limit independent assessment of that handout; they do not establish that the poll is false. Its percentages are not independently validated here. Renewable-energy work remains unresolved: the rechecked 2019 legislative biography says contract community relations with an unnamed renewable-energy company. No source inspected this pass identified that employer. Next work should target campaign financial disclosures, historical professional records and public project documents, rather than attaching an unverified company name.
