Wyoming Secretary of State’s official 2021 domestic-charter archive identifies Esto Perpetua Group LLC as filing ID 2021-001059065, formed December 9, 2021, with the address 30 N. Gould St., Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Idaho Sunshine then records the company’s first presently reproduced Take Back Idaho transactions on January 31, 2022: $1,507.90 for postage and $790 for broadcast advertising. The LLC was therefore formed 53 days before the first reproduced Idaho campaign payments. This tight formation-to-contract timeline makes the original Wyoming articles, organizer record, and first annual report the highest-value ownership documents to obtain. Wyoming’s entity-search page places those PDFs behind a human-verification challenge; no organizer or beneficial owner is inferred from the registered-agent address.
Evidence firewall: formation timing and filing ID are primary facts. A short interval before political-vendor payments does not identify an owner, prove the LLC was created for Take Back Idaho, or establish identity with Esto Perpetua PAC.
