Hopewell, New Venture and Sixteen Thirty share Arabella Advisors administrative infrastructure
Recorded status: Verified from public Form 990/vendor records; common administrative infrastructure does not establish common control of grantees or Idaho activity.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Public Form 990/vendor records show Arabella Advisors providing substantial administrative, operations, compliance, HR, payroll and support services to Hopewell Fund, New Venture Fund and Sixteen Thirty Fund. Hopewell reported about $9.3 million to Arabella for administrative/operational support in FY2024. New Venture Fund's FY2024 Schedule O states it contracted with Arabella under an administrative agreement for business services including compliance, HR and payroll. Sixteen Thirty Fund's filings likewise identify Arabella as its administrative-services provider and books/records contact. This establishes shared professional-services infrastructure among three major national funders that independently appear in the Idaho network. It does NOT establish that Arabella directs their grantmaking, that the funds are legally one entity, or that shared administration proves coordination around Idaho.
