Seven dated Toolbox disbursements to Way Back PAC total $1.175 million through June 2026

ProPublica's IRS-derived expenditure detail displays seven Toolbox contributions to Way Back PAC, all naming the recipient in Sheridan, Wyoming: September 20, 2022, $20,000; August 21, 2023, $150,000; July 2, 2024, $300,000; June 2, 2025, $350,000; December 18, 2025, $10,000; April 21, 2026, $300,000; June 29, 2026, $45,000. These sum to $1,175,000. Calendar-year subtotals are $360,000 in 2025 and $345,000 through June 2026. These are Toolbox's reported disbursement dates, not necessarily Way Back's receipt dates. The previously reviewed FEC receipts of $350,000 on June 3, 2025 and $10,000 on December 19, 2025 are consistent in amount with the two donor-side 2025 entries, with one-day date differences. An older $650,000 aggregate cannot be treated as a 2025 total; its scope remains unresolved. This establishes repeated organizational funding, not an earmark of every dollar for Idaho. Way Back's Idaho spending must be documented separately, and the same funds should not be counted twice by adding donor disbursements to recipient receipts. These entries do not identify which Toolbox officer authorized each transfer or which original donor's funds were used.
