Idahoans for Open Primaries' 2024 petition-signing instructions designated the Reclaim Idaho office at 2605 W Kootenai St in Boise as a public signing location with weekday office hours and a Reclaim organizer email for accommodations. This is direct operational evidence that Reclaim contributed physical infrastructure and organizer contact capacity to the Proposition 1 qualification campaign, beyond being a coalition member, contributor, or source of public spokespeople. It does not by itself establish that Reclaim controlled the Idahoans for Open Primaries committee.
