BoiseDev reported IMC spending more than $18,000 supporting Matt Newton and Justin Bollinger in Canyon County Highway District 4 races, with the LLC's beneficial owner not publicly identified from Wyoming disclosure. IMC lists Newton and Bollinger as endorsed candidates.
