(2) Right 2 Learn paid Esto $15,000 on May 20, 2024; the committee’s own website identifies Teresa Fabricius as treasurer and Kerry Ellen Elliott as chair, making Fabricius the primary custody lead. (3) Accountable Idaho paid Esto $15,000 on January 2, 2025; its active Idaho Sunshine record identifies Elle Casner as treasurer and chair, making Casner the primary custody lead. Committee office does not prove involvement in Esto’s ownership; it identifies likely custody of invoices, W-9s, remittance records, correspondence, and approvals.
