Christine Tiddens leads Sixteen-Thirty-funded Idaho Voices as the organization directly engages Idaho legislative policy
Recorded status: IRS leadership/financials and direct policy advocacy VERIFIED; Sixteen Thirty grant-to-salary or bill-specific expenditure is NOT established.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Idaho Voices for Children is another direct Sixteen Thirty Idaho recipient with identifiable local leadership and documented state-policy use. Sixteen Thirty’s 2024 filing reports a $110,740 direct grant to Idaho Voices for Children Foundation Inc. The recipient’s IRS filings identify Christine Tiddens as executive director; its most recent roster reports $45,231 in compensation for Tiddens, while FY2025 organization-wide financials report about $2.08 million revenue, $1.35 million expenses and approximately $914,000 in salaries/benefits/payroll. Idaho Voices’ own materials describe policy advocacy as a core activity and credit the organization with advancing multiple Idaho bills. Contemporary reporting also documents Tiddens personally testifying/communicating against proposed Idaho child-care deregulation and sharing concerns with lawmakers in committee. This establishes an outside-funded Idaho policy organization with named Idaho executive leadership and direct legislative engagement. It does NOT establish that Sixteen Thirty’s $110,740 paid Tiddens’s compensation, funded a particular bill campaign, or directed Idaho Voices’ policy positions; the grant date/fiscal-period alignment and pooled funding require separate tracing.
