The filing lists principal and mailing addresses at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming; Registered Agents Inc. in Post Falls is the commercial registered agent. The original Certificate of Organization lists Andrew Pierce as governor and organizer. Follow-up establishes that Pierce founded Wyoming LLC Attorney/Company Sage, the formation service operating at the same 1309 Coffeen address. Therefore Pierce’s appearance is evidence of the formation/privacy intermediary, not sufficient proof that he is Redbird’s beneficial owner. The current redbird-strategies.com domain was registered January 20, 2026; registrar RDAP identifies the privacy-redacted registrant’s state as Idaho. Squarespace metadata also sets the site state to Idaho and timezone to America/Boise.
