$529.44 allocation gap remains; live detail also fails to display McCann's name

Preserved September 17 official CSV transaction 383994 remains a $9,000 May 1, 2026 broadcast expenditure to Redbird with 16 populated candidate allocations of $529.41, sum $8,470.56, gap $529.44. One additional base row has neither candidate nor Amount Applied and is not an allocation. Live public transaction detail, opened from Defend's Reinke $529.41 row, shows $9,000, distribution May 1–19, history Original filed June 10, and a roster count of 16. However, that roster displays only 15 names plus one blank candidate/blank office row labeled Support. The 15 displayed names match the CSV roster except Lori Ann McCann; CSV physical line 13632 names McCann and assigns $529.41 but has blank office. Thus McCann is already INCLUDED in the sixteen exported allocations and cannot resolve the additional $529.44 gap. The blank-name UI row is consistent with McCann's export record, but the interface does not identify its underlying ID. No seventeenth candidate or extra payment has been established. The May monthly filing list also labels the report Original, filed June 10, 2026. Opening that original report produced a blob PDF tab blocked by browser URL policy; inspection stopped with no workaround. The original PDF remains unexamined. Interpret the discrepancy as an unresolved allocation/data-display question, not missing cash or concealment. The separate six-cent, eight-cent and one-cent equal-split rounding differences remain distinct.
