Idaho Solutions Foundation Inc.'s FY2025 IRS-derived Form 990-EZ lists Cindy Wilson as vice president. Mormon Women for Ethical Government's official biography identifies Wilson as MWEG's Idaho State Director and says she currently serves on the boards of Idaho Children Are Primary, Take Back Idaho, and Idaho Solutions. Idahoans for Open Primaries' official site and the Idaho Supreme Court identify the Idaho Chapter of Mormon Women for Ethical Government as a formal coalition member alongside Reclaim Idaho and Veterans for Idaho Voters. These records establish a direct personnel chain from Idaho Solutions through Wilson to MWEG and Take Back Idaho, and an organizational coalition chain from MWEG to Idahoans for Open Primaries alongside Reclaim. This is independent of the separate Chenele Dixon→Save Our Schools→Reclaim event/advocacy bridge. The evidence does not establish that Wilson personally directed Proposition 1 strategy, that Idaho Solutions funded the initiative, or that the organizations share common control.
